- The Project Engineering team has an opening for a Senior. Project Engineer to lead development of moderately complex engine systems, modules, and test activity for a new growth turboshaft engine. Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate the interest, aptitude, and experience associated with the design, development, and test of gas turbine engines for defense applications. in the face of stiff competition, the team must develop the new engine to be the best in the marketplace through execution of world class project management.
- - The successful candidate will lead the cross-functional engineering team to develop the engine module or test to be best-in-market under strict schedule constraints. - The selected individual will provide leadership for all Integrated Product Delivery and Support (IPDS) functions related to the specific module or test assigned, including schedule, budget, fabrication cost, technical attributes, requirements validation and verification, direct maintenance cost, and qualification. -Due to compliance with U.
