Duties and Responsibilities Performs all Universal Banker I and Universal Banker II duties at a proficient level Will process consumer loan applications and maintain NMLS number Consistently demonstrates strong engagement and sales skills along with proven success Takes on a leadership role in the banking center
and serves as a mentor to others May serve as back up to managers in their absence May be designated as a team lead who has direct reports to include coaching and developing Contributes to and supports strategic initiatives May seek additional involvement such as internal committees or corporate initiatives Continuously looks for opportunities to develop and enhance skills Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty and responsibility at a satisfactory level or above as well as exercise accuracy, alertness, good judgment, courtesy, tact, and patience.
