Job Description What you get to do in this role: Investigate, prioritize and solve internationalization defects driven by our internal teams and external customers. Work with architects, development teams, solutions consultants and engineers to arrive at optimal
solutions for our customer's internationalization challenges.
Drive improvements in our product and application portfolio to ensure they meet the needs of our multinational customer base. Support the development effort of our internal teams and partners with expanding our automated internationalization QA capabilities (using our own Automated Testing Framework). Contribute to our internationalization toolsets to improve the scope and standards of our automated i18n code validation methods. Contribute to our localization toolset to drive efficiencies (cost and expediency), improve accuracy of results, and enhance the capabilities of our localization framework.
Support the efforts of internationalization testing of new components and platform applications Work with product development teams to advocate for and ensure adherence to those standards throughout development process - including design, engineering, testing, and deployment In addition to the specific product internationalization work, this role will be involved in internationalization readiness and/or localization process of product documentation and other localization assets Qualifications To be successful in this role you have: 5+ years of experience working in the Internationalization and/or technical localization domains Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving and debugging skills and experience Good understanding of Java, Java Script and internationalization support in these environments Experience of working in technologies or environments such as: Enterprise workflow systems, cloud computing environments, Maven, GIT, Tomcat, Nexus Capability to read, interpret and follow code and identify root causes associated with internationalization concerns TMS (Translation Management System) working knowledge Experience with content management systems, more specifically around automation and connectors An eagerness to learn new technologies, practices and tools Excellent verbal and written communication skills JV19 For positions in California (outside of the Bay Area), we offer a base pay of $106,020 - $180,180, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits.
Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
