You will play a role in the execution, analysis, and optimization of all things Influencer and partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to make an immediate impact on Rocket Moneys growth. and effectively grow. ABOUT THE ROLE Support and own day to day optimizations and operations of user acquisition through the Influencer channel with meticulous attention to detail.
Contribute to the strategy and execution of the Influencer channel to rapidly expand our reach while exceeding ROAS targets. Act as the key point of contact for influencers, talent managers, and agency partners to create strong relationships that maintain Rocket Moneys position as a world-class growth team. Utilize deep channel learnings to suggest optimization opportunities that are backed by data and are aligned with the growth teams goals. Brainstorm with our creative team to ensure our creative briefs are
best-in-class. Work cross functionally with Data and Engineering teams to ensure we have top notch measurement capabilities.
You will develop a holistic understanding of how every channel affects our business goals. Take part in a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement and iteration on the marketing team. The best ideas come from anyone, and are inspired by data. Responsible for influencer sourcing, outreach, contract and rate negotiation, campaign execution, and campaign analysis. ABOUT YOU 1 to 2 years of professional experience in a performance oriented media buying role Experience in digital marketing, offline marketing, media buying/planning, or other influencer-based marketing channels.
Experience in influencer marketing is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication skills (Slack / email / phone / within team / with partners) Advanced Excel skills Excited to voice opinion, give and receive feedback Comfortable prioritizing multiple time sensitive tasks and executing under pressure Love for taking initiatives and being a self starter Insatiable curiosity and eager to make an impact Ability to see the forest from the trees: you can analyze large data sets and craft results into a story that allows for informed decisions.
