GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION: This position is responsible for the development and production of Florida Lottery games and promotions. Essential Tasks of the Marketing Insights Specialist: Identifies, analyzes and interprets trends and patterns in complex data sets to develop recommendations for targeted and relevant promotion of credit union products, services and initiatives. Builds, manages, optimizes, monitors, evaluates, and evolves multiple campaigns to relevant targeted audience segments on an ongoing basis. Utilizes data to improve positioning, image and loyalty to the First Commerce brand across the markets we serve. Leverages various member and non-member data sets to provide actionable insights that inform marketing planning and strategy.
Utilizes multiple data sources and data sets, layer, link, aggregate, analyze, synthesize, and interpret data to develop insights. Serves as the primary internal expert on the Segmint system. Performs data mining, statistical analysis, trend, and variance analysis, and " what if" scenarios to assist with marketing decisions and to reach strategic Marketing goals. Serves as Marketing data liaison collaborating with other departments and third-party data vendors to gain insights in areas of strategic focus.
Monitors and tracks key performance metrics/indicators and reports to stakeholders, including highlighting successes and identifying areas of improvement/refinement. Conducts strategic analysis of financial industry trends and issues, including market intelligence on industry issues shaping current and future business. Develops understanding of all areas of the credit union's operations, products, and services, as well as strategic initiatives, in order to provide timely and relevant recommendations. Develops and maintains a network of contacts within the data/business intelligence space and both within and outside the credit union/banking industry.
