The Administrator prepares a plan for the achievement of the facility's specific objectives and mutually established goals and periodically reviews and evaluates such plan. The plan shall always reflect the facility's mission statement and be in accordance with ethics and goals of the facility. The Administrator ensures the adequacy and appropriateness of the facility's scope of services for residents, it's professional and support staff, and it's medical equipment.
