The Clinical Director of the Labor and Delivery Unit at Inova Alexandria Hospital: - Manages clinical and non-clinical staff, including day-to-day supervision, employee relations, and staff development nursing professional development. - Serves as primary liaison and information resource for unit. - Responsible for the unit's budget and full-time equivalent employees (FTEs). - Accountable for patient experience and care delivery model outcomes. - Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure quality patient
