Responsibilities Responsible for patient care within an assigned department/unit and participates as a member of the health
care team in cooperation with and under the direction of the clinical manager or designee as defined by the relevant Standards and Scope of Practice for the Registered Nurse.
The RN Staff Nurse backsses, analyzes, plans, implements and evaluates patient care following established patient care standards for Legacy Health System including those for patient backssment and transfer. The Pre- Admission RN is responsible for the comprehensive evaluation of and preparation for all surgical patients. This includes a detailed review of medications, medical history, pre-surgical testing, and day of instructions and is completed over the phone either on site or remotely. Qualifications Education:
As required by licensure. BSN or degree in progress strongly preferred.
BSN may be required for specific assignments; experienced RNs without a BSN may be hired based on clinical experience with approval of the site CNO. Experience: One-year registered nursing experience or completion of either the Legacy Health RN Residency program or a nursing program that is equivalent in content, curriculum and duration. Additional clinical experience requirements may vary dependent upon the specific department in which the position is utilized. Acute care experience preferred. Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrated ability of positive interpersonal and communication skills with colleagues, patients, families, physicians and the community.

with clients experiencing grief, trauma, and loss and guide them through conflicts to better futures. Meet clients' expectations and coach them through the process. Communicate with clients and others in meetings, through email correspondence and letters, by telephone, and by Zoom and Teams.
Collaborate with the team to provide clients best outcomes for each individual circumstance. Prepare for hearings, settlement conferences, mediations, trials, and other proceedings. Draft, review, and revise motions, declarations, court orders, and other pleadings and legal documents. Prepare discovery and legal briefs (memoranda). Conduct legal research and gather client documentation. Draft estate
planning documents. Work with law firm owner/supervising attorney and team to manage cases and strategize to achieve clients' goals, court, and other deadlines. Engage in the law firm's monthly " Wave of Change" community service campaign.
Engage in team meetings, team bonding, and annual retreats. Must have experience preparing a case from beginning to end - client intake through closing files. Spanish speaking skills are a plus. Additional Skills: The candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Should be adept at using various systems and software programs such as MS Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel), Podium, Clio Grow, Clio Manage, Drop Box, My Pleadings, Wealth Counsel, LINX, and JIS.
