What Youll Do Set marketing goals and timelines Create marketing dashboards and reporting Test acquisition channels and campaigns, including paid ad optimization Push content and optimize SEO in collaboration with the team / contractors Improve messaging through the website copy and design Collaborate with design, product, and engineering to improve the conversion funnel Requirements 5+ year experience in marketing Worked previously at a B2B startup (seed to Series C) with a self-serve model Breadth in all areas of marketing, with strong depth in some of these areas: paid acquisition, email/lifecycle marketing, SEO, website management & conversion rate optimization, marketing ops and analytics Have managed a team or contractors Proficiency in a full-stack of marketing tools including Webflow and Google Analytics Comfortable with ambiguity and running experiments to test what works Strong written and verbal communication skills?
