About This Job The main purpose of this job is to be responsible for the origination of first mortgage residential loans for inclusion in the Bank's portfolio and/or sale on the secondary mortgage market as well as
responsibility for the modification and refinance of current loans in the Bank's portfolio. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $37,000 annually. This position will be eligible for additional compensation through performance-based incentive plan(s) that will correspond to meeting performance goals.
