Key responsibilities will include working -with, and coordinating, an architectural/engineering team in preparing documents for projects focused on Federal, Educational, Institutional, Justice, transportation and Environmental. - The ideal candidate will perform detailed phases of Architectural design work for projects requiring, leading, interface and collaboration with various disciplines, clients, and consultants.

Oversees research used in writing specifications, including coordinating with manufacturers. Required Experience: The ideal candidate must have a Professional Degree -in Architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch preferred) and a minimum of 20 years of experience as a project architect working within numerous market sectors, with specific emphasis on mass transit. - Candidate must be a Registered Licensed Architect in the State of Pennsylvania with experience in maintenance facility and station design within the transportation sector required. - Proficiency with Revit, Auto CAD, Microsoft Office Suite are required. - Experience in Rhino, 3-D Max, Sketch-up is a plus and LEED Accreditation is also a plus.
