Assist in the definition of relationships among current service systems to plan, design, adapt, or recommend replacement of existing service tools. Assist in defining the overall goals and deliverables for Network Transformation and Technology Refresh. The Contractor shall track technical issue resolution, and post-migration reporting status. Identify linkages, relationships, constraints,
challenges/problems, Use Cases, interoperability requirements, interfaces, and help articulate requirements for potential future projects. Perform analyses of requirements, high-level and low-level designs of the service system, refine service system requirements, review service system detailed architecture and specifications, and support the verification and validation system requirements.

The TRBs shall provide configuration control recommendations and solution impact analyses that are of sufficient quality to yield sound architecture-based decisions, considering ECPs, emerging technology or performance enhancements, business drivers, costs and schedule, with resolution of integration issues. Utilize MBSE tools to assist in interfacing with supporting modelling tools (e. g. CAMEO) to provide for agile testing processes as system changes are evaluated and implemented.
