This Commercial Relationship Manager will do the following: · Responsible for generating new and servicing a variety commercial/business loans, and bank services in accordance with individually established business development goals. · Achieves portfolio growth and cross-sale goals. · Oversees assigned loan portfolio to ensure proper compliance
with loan covenants. · Responsible for monitoring portfolio quality, stability and managing risks. · Makes presentations regarding bank products and services to prospective clients and company principals.
· Performs underwriting functions as needed. · Continually monitors credit quality of assigned accounts. · Responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting high degree of customer satisfaction. Qualifications: · MUST HAVE a BS degree in banking, finance or a related field and 10 plus years of commercial lending or other directly related experience. (An equivalent combination of education and experience may meet qualifications) Knowledge of lending, credit analysis
preferable in a commercial lending environment. · NICE TO HAVE 10 years of commercial lending experience in the greater Seattle area· Ability to expand loans, client relationships and cross sell bank products.
· MUST HAVE strong familiarity of the sales, commercial loan processing and closing processes. · Requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing and perceptive character judgment. · Ability to structure loans and monitor credit performance. · Must have good interpersonal and (verbal and written) communication skills. · Working knowledge of a software applications, including word processing and spreadsheets. · Manages a commercial lending portfolio.
