Key Responsibilities: • Architect and deploy sophisticated cloud-based solutions tailored to the specific requirements of federal healthcare agencies. Utilize deep knowledge in cloud-native architecture, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and serverless computing. • Spearhead major cloud transformation initiatives, ensuring they are in sync with agency objectives and adhere to stringent federal regulations. •

Engage in deep collaboration with multidisciplinary teams for the seamless integration of cloud technologies with legacy systems. • Offer advanced technical guidance in cloud architecture, advocating best practices and keeping abreast of current trends and innovations.

• Direct and manage extensive cloud transformation projects. This includes detailed planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring technical excellence and alignment with agency-specific requirements and federal regulatory compliance. • Collaboratively work with engineering, Dev Ops, and IT security teams to seamlessly integrate cloud technologies into existing infrastructures. Apply expertise in CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure

as Code (Ia C) using tools like Terraform or Cloud Formation, and microservices architectures.

• Provide technical leadership in advanced cloud architecture design and implementation, demonstrating expertise in hybrid and multi-cloud environments, cloud networking, storage solutions, and database services. • Develop, implement, and maintain robust cloud security strategies and protocols in compliance with federal standards, including understanding of IAM roles and policies, encryption, network security, and compliance frameworks like NIST. • Conduct in-depth system audits to identify areas for improvement. Implement proactive solutions to enhance system efficiency, reliability, and scalability.

Utilize monitoring and logging tools (such as Cloud Watch, GCP Operations, or Prometheus) to ensure high availability and performance. • Lead the evaluation and adoption of emerging cloud technologies and methodologies to maintain the organization's competitive edge in technology innovation and operational efficiency. Qualifications: • Applicants selected will be subject to a government investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements of the U. S. government client; Public Trust determination is required. • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent level of professional experience.

• A minimum of 6 years of in-depth experience in cloud computing, specifically focused on federal healthcare agencies. • Demonstrable expert-level proficiency in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, validated by current associate, specialty, or professional certifications in these cloud platforms. • In-depth understanding of federal IT regulations, compliance standards (such as HIPAA, Fed RAMP), and security frameworks. • A proven track record in managing substantial cloud migration and transformation projects.
