Maintain all safety standards. Monitor all job-related supplies levels and equipment maintenance for good working order. Work with supervisor to resolve all on-site issues. Interact with our government customers. Perform all landscaping and snow removal duties as needed, depending on the season. Other duties as assigned. Essential Functions: Ability to balance, bend, stand, walk, kneel, twist, stretch, climb, and sit. Ability to use hand or power tools as well as small engine
equipment such as mowers, trimmers, etc. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 40 pounds unassisted.
Ability to drive and maintain a clean driving record. Ability to communicate effectively with people with disabilities, supervisors, and the public. Ability to follow instructions and use good judgment, problem solve, and meet deadlines. Ability to learn, use, and train others on how to safely use equipment. QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of machines and tools used in landscaping, ground maintenance, and snow and ice removal. Ability to pass background check with no pending judgments against you and a pre-employment drug screening.
