Qualifications: Must have recent soldering and cable harnessing experience. Must have good eye/hand coordination with the ability to see and handle small parts. Must be able to read and follow written work instructions, interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings.
SMT rework skills are desirable. Basic computer knowledge required. Knowledge of MS Word and Excel preferred. Able to lift 35lbs and stand and sit for long periods of time. Beyond these primary skills, the ideal candidate will be capable of a wide range of assembly procedures covering a variety of subassemblies. Key Skillsets: Strong verbal
and written communication skills. An understanding and ability to articulate the production flow of assigned products. Self-motivated with the ability to stay on task.
Ability to solder. Good with hand tools (e. g. crimper, cutter). Ability to read and follow work instructions and schematics. Capable of building assemblies using Swagelok fittings, tubes, and leak-test valves. Experience with integration of mechanical and optical assemblies - including the safe handling of fiber optics. Salary: The base salary range for this full-time position is $41,000 - $75,000. Your base salary will be determined based on the location, experience, qualification, skills, knowledge, level, and pay of
employees in similar positions.
