S. and its allies. Roles and Responsibilities: We are seeking a Signal Intelligence Engineer to support the Combat Support Modernization work program. The successful candidate will be familiar with NSA’s cross-directorate initiative to optimize SIGINT support for the warfighter
and its mission to improve the customer service role as a Combat Support Agency (CSA).
The selected candidate will: Partner with Do D services to drive common architecture/data standards and products which will enable scaling of SIGINT support to the Warfighter. Perform gaps analysis to understand current Combat Support Agency roles and make recommendations on forward growth path to align with Warfighter needs. Understand and be able to document CCOM requirements of SIGINT Systems. Work closely and collaboratively with government, other government contractors, and MITRE staff to develop effective solutions to advanced and challenging problems operating in modernization of Combat Support.
Deliver technical advice and guidance on Sponsor strategies and policies to deliver high-impact solutions in support of classified Do D and IC missions. Basic Qualifications: Active Top Secret/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance Due to the lengthy clearance process, candidates without an existing TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph cannot be considered for this opening. Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or 8 years and a Master’s degree; or 5 years and a Ph D; or an equivalent combination of related education and work experience.
Fundamental understanding of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), and Cyberspace Operations. Experience at the National (National Security Agency) and Service Level—ideally at both the Service Cryptologic Component-level and Tactical Service Partner-level. Work experience and knowledge in at least three (3) of the following functional areas: Planning & Direction, Collection, Processing & Exploitation, Analysis & Production, Dissemination, Utilization, Engagement & Policy, and Capabilities/Materiel/Systems Development. Work experience serving at a Combatant Command Joint Staff, and/or Service Headquarters.
Subject Matter Expertise of military organizational, command structure, missions, roles, operations, and functions. Strong writing, oral, and interpersonal communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate technical information to technical and non-technical audiences. Experience briefing at the General/Flag Officer and Senior Executive Service level. Strong research and analysis skills with well refined verbal and written communication skills. Capable of working independently or as a member of an interdisciplinary matrixed team.
Preferred Qualifications: Broad operation and technical experience with demonstrated assignments in leadership and staff positions at the O-5 or above level. Experience on an operational staff such as a Service Component Command, Numbered Fleet, Numbered Air Force Corps, Marine Expeditionary Force (MEF)/Marine Expeditionary Brigade (MED) Staff. Work experience in All-Source Intelligence Operations and Intelligence Support to Plans & Exercises. Adaptable, self-motivated, intellectual curious, and committed to life-long learning. Experience supporting military planning, including deliberate, contingency, and crisis, and operation planning teams with familiarity of the plans portfolios for Geographic Combatant Commands (GCCs) and Functional Combatant Commands (FCCs).

Security Clearance Requirements: Due to the nature of this government contract an Active DOD Secret clearance is required along with the ability to obtain an agency specific suitability Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain stationary up to 75% of the time in an office environment.
