The candidate will be responsible for operational support and service delivery of these managed enterprise services working on service delivery initiatives that improve the availability and performance of the managed services and troubleshooting complex incidents.
What You’ll Get to Do: Collaborate with architects, network engineers and security specialists to design, test and deploy the customer M365 instance for Teams Support in standing-up the operations support model for managing this new tenant Provide end-to-end service support for Microsoft 365 Teams Participate in service delivery initiatives needed to improve the availability, security
and performance of the managed services Lead or participate in troubleshooting complex incidents with other infrastructure teams Participate in the adherence, planning, and analysis of the operational budget for managed services Assist in managing business relationships across internal teams, vendors, and 3rd party providers as needed to deliver managed services Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and run books for managed services Monitor the operation of managed services Communicate with the customer to keeping them informed of operational status, progress on agreed deliverables, and notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages Required Qualifications:
Ability to attain DHS EOD MA + 7 years of experience, BA + 10 years of experience, AA + 12 years of experience, or 16 years of experience 5 or more years of relevant experience in Architecture and designing solutions, migrating to M365 Teams Must have strong hands-on experience working on Teams A full understanding of the M365 and Collaboration technology stack Strong Communication Skills – be able to expresses key ideas and obtain tangible feedback from cross-functional team members and stakeholders.
Hands on experience with implementation, deployment, migration, and support of core M365 services, including (but not limited to): Teams – including support for PC and Mobile Devices and integration with other M365 applications (One Drive, Share Point, etc.

Pay Range: The proposed salary range for this position is $89,500-$188,000. There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
