Define and maintain data model, including entities and relationships between those data elements and related processes, people, systems. Develop and define architecture strategy for program initiatives based on capabilities, gaps and requirements. Support program-related data analysis initiatives including data migration, data quality and optimization.
Support creation and maintenance of program and project roadmaps to include capabilities and technical requirements. Support re-engineering of business processes to improve capabilities and provide efficiencies in use of technologies. Develop and support creation and maintenance of lifecycle documents, and gate reviews. Experience developing
business process diagrams, choreography diagrams, workflow diagrams, and data modelinteractionperience producing governance deliverables, including artifacts such as Product Roadmaps, Project Concept of Operations, Data Management Plan, Data Migration Plan, Interface Control Agreement(s), and Design Documents.
Required: Must be able to obtain a DHS suitiablity clearance. Bachelors degree in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 7 years of professional experience; or 5 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree or equivalent. Experience as a business architect supporting enterprise-level planning and implementation efforts. Excellent
written and oral communication skillinteractionperience developing and managing enterprise business architecture modelinteractionperience working directly with clients – especially senior executives.
