solutions. Desired Skills and Experience: Proficiency in English (required) and Spanish (preferred). Minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with at least 5 years as a solution architect, with experience on having designed and/or implemented complex multi-million dollars SAP ERP implementations (preferably on S4/HANA) and ECC to S/4 migrations with either Greenfield, Brownfield, Bluefield approaches.
Knowledge in application implementation/transformation of SAP Applications within the following realms is preferred: SAP BTP, ERP, HCM/Success Factors/Employee Central, EWM Knowledge on one or more key SAP Functional areas ( Finance, Supply Chain Management, Order to Cash, etc. ) Having
experience in estimating FTE efforts and costs for SAP projects.
Solid background in proposal writing, orals presentations, strategic planning, negotiation, and implementation methodologies. Comprehensive expertise in one or more sectors such as Retail, Finance, or Manufacturing. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an appetite for continuous learning and development. Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions with a sound understanding of competitive and partner products, technology, and solutions. Experience in estimating FTE efforts and costs for SAP projects. Availability for travel and the flexibility to work across different time zones.
