  • Location: Arlington, VA

Provide technical and programmatic oversight of reverse engineering and exploit development over multiple R&D projects developing the next round of research projects and presenting to program managers. Leverage their technical wherewithal and intellectual confidence to run with and lead a team of advanced researchers, encouraging where needed and pushing back when necessary.

Conduct line management of team members and hire new team members. Provide technical marketing of vulnerability research and reverse engineering capabilities to new and existing Government R&D clients. Evaluate product performance metrics and facilitate adjustments. Identify and lead the capture of new R&D programs.

Participate in and leading proposal generation and delivery. Minimum Qualifications: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with FS Poly. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related technical domain (solid knowledge in RE or VR may substitute for a specific degree) Experienced in overseeing multiple programs while organizing and monitoring inter-connected programs and coordinating cross-program activities and resources Experience managing program budget, resources, and schedules Experience documenting processes and ensuring compliance with government standards.

Strong familiarity with cybersecurity principles and telecommunication systems (4 G, 5 G), sub-GHz

wireless, 802.11, 802.15, and Io T devices Diagnosing and resolving technical issues.

A proven track record of capturing Government R&D contracts/programs Ability to keep up with advancements in the field of technical product development. Nice If You Have: An advanced degree (Master’s or Ph D) in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, or related technical domain Background in reverse engineering, vulnerability research, exploit development, or CNO tool development Experience with software reverse engineering concepts: static analysis, dynamic analysis, fuzzing techniques 5 years of experience with common disassemblers/decompilers and reverse engineering tools (IDA, Ghidra, Binary Ninja) Experience leading teams in a rapid prototype environment demonstrating scalable architectures Past performance as a Principal Investigator on fast-paced, innovation-driven, advanced technology R&D projects for Government clients Clearance requirement: Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with FS Poly #LI-ZS1 #LI-Onsite For more details: jobs-search.
