Along with a deep understanding of Microsoft collaboration technologies, such as Teams, an understanding of other collaboration environments, including 3rd party interoperability capabilities, and deep technical expertise in related Audio-Visual technology is required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide pre-sales support and subject matter expertise of Microsoft Teams-related opportunities, including expertise with related backend room and device-management platforms.

Conduct needs backssments and technical deep dives into client infrastructures and consulting on Microsoft solutions. Partner with Diversified's Microsoft Practice VP to grow Diversified's Microsoft Team Room and adjacency solutions revenue Establish credibility and trusted advisor status with Diversified's sales team Conduct in-person and virtual presentations to clients, establishing credibility and trusted advisor status with Diversified's premier global clients, including engaging with the C-suite. Provide internal

guidance, information, and feedback on Microsoft solutions, product plans, and roadmaps.

Work closely with the account management team to develop & drive Microsoft-related business. Provide regular status updates to engineering managers to keep them informed about issues, impediments, escalations, and necessary resources. Detailed competitive knowledge and understanding of interoperability technologies (Zoom, Webex, Google Meet & Cisco/Pexip CVI). Provide areas for improvement and have a direct influence on training/validating new processes. Work with AE's and DE's to deliver scopes of work, hour/cost estimates, professional proposals, design documentation, and detailed line item configurations and/or bill-of-materials (BOMS).

Provide leadership team periodic backssments of client needs, market trends, competitive activities, and potential for new products/services. Serve as the primary escalation path for both solutions architects and clients and engage upper management when necessary. Conduct R&D, testing and documentation on new collaboration technologies, as well as existing technologies that receive updated features. Complete training and maintain OEM certification(s) as requested and approved by management, in accordance with assigned focus area Job Qualifications: Education, Certifications, Knowledge, Experience and Skills: Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or military experience Minimum of three years of consulting or pre-sales client-facing experience Minimum of five years of delivery and architecture experience with Microsoft products Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or similar certification Microsoft MS-700 & MS-720 Teams Certifications are required Microsoft Teams Rooms Solutions Sales Professional certification is required Microsoft Teams Rooms Technical Solutions Professional certification is required AVIXA CTS is required AVIXA CTS-D is highly desired Network infrastructure certifications, such as Comp TIA Network+, Cisco CCNA/P/IE, highly desired Network security certifications, such as Comp TIA Security+, CISSP, highly desired AV industry certifications and demonstratable expertise related to workplace collaboration technologies, from vendors such as: Q-SYS, Crestron, Dante, Biamp, Extron, Logi, Poly, HP, Yealink, Barco Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products, and understanding of infrastructure and best practices Thorough knowledge of Microsoft products related to Teams, Team Room hardware (MTR) & Surface Hub Technical subject matter expertise in the following technologies: Azure Active Directory, Power Shell, Share Point, Teams, Power BI, & Intune High interpersonal and presentation skills, including client-facing skillsis required Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skillinteractioncellent documentation and standardization skills Physical Working Environment: Remote/Virtual work.
