are not available. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the foremost technical solutions architecture expert for business units, project teams, and external vendors, facilitating the judicious application and execution of technology solutions.
Take the lead in realizing the technology vision across projects. Assume responsibility for crafting the comprehensive architecture and design of solutions spanning a diverse range of applications and domains, particularly those assigned to projects and initiatives characterized by their substantial size, complexity, and risk. Pioneering the establishment of design principles, architecture standards, and best practices in direct alignment with the overarching
IT strategy. Define architectural blueprints and a roadmap for their implementation, actively participating in the preparation of Return on Investment (ROI) analyses as part of the annual IT budget planning process.
Cultivate and sustain productive vendor relationships, overseeing the review and backssment of designs and controls, and wielding influence over the direction of future product releases. Play a vital role in the backssment, selection, and implementation of technology solutions, offering in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages, as well as the build versus buy considerations. Provide invaluable technical mentorship and guidance to less experienced Architects within the team.
Required: Accumulated over 6 years of IT software development experience, with a substantial portion dedicated to Solutions Architecture, involving progressively complex IT projects spanning various domains. Demonstrated hands-on proficiency in establishing design principles, architecture standards, and best practices that align seamlessly with the overarching IT strategy. Proven experience in actively monitoring and forecasting technology trends, investigating their relevance to organizational objectives and needs, and presenting comprehensive benchmarking reports.
A track record of contributing to and evolving IT strategies to harmonize with advancements in technology. Proficiency in conducting technical design authority backssments and architect reviews, including peer evaluations. Proficiency in team management and the development of enterprise architecture strategies across programs. Exceptional ability to express complex concepts clearly and concisely, both in verbal and written communication. Profound understanding of techniques in artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and large language models, including hands-on experience with model training, fine-tuning, and deployment in on-premises and cloud environments.
Mastery of programming languages, particularly Python, coupled with familiarity with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as Py Torch, Tensor Flow, or equivalents. Proficiency in working with Large Language Model (LLM) frameworks like Lang Chain. Competence in various application architectures, including web front-end development, microservices, and database access. Possession of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience related to the field.
