Develop individual work-stream workplans and coordinate with cross-functional teams on project roles and responsibilities. Build and maintain financial models for product- and business unit-level strategic plans. Write persuasive memos and presentations to present project findings and advocate for
proposed outcomes. Responsibilities Determination and communication of key messages and conclusions to project leaders within Corporate Strategy and senior cross-functional leaders across the Bank.
End-to-end work-stream ownership (e. g. developing financial model structure, judging key inputs and assumptions, and validating output) and persuasion of internal stakeholders to adopt recommendations. Scoping and commitment of Corporate Strategy team resources to individual projects. Determination and communication of key messages and conclusions to project sponsors and stakeholders. Familiarity with FCB structure, products, client base, and business model. Foundational understanding of commercial
banking industry trends and growth levers. Awareness and ongoing monitoring of developments in tech/life sciences innovation ecosystem.
The base pay for this position is relative to your experience but the range is generally $119,828 to $207,703 per year. This position is eligible for variable compensation, which may be in the form of incentive, bonus, or commission pay. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or other business strategy experience -OR- High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or other business strategy experience Preferred Education MBA or other advanced degree Required Qualifications 1-3 years' experience coming from a top tier consulting firm or top tier strategy function Foundational consulting toolkit (research, quantitative analysis, qualitative synthesis, written/oral communication).
