Ensure earned value and schedule status is provided as required by the rhythm defined by the program. Develop and manage detailed budgets and schedules and create work assignments for indirect tasking. Support coordination and content for program EAC reviews at a rhythm defined by the program. Support program Initial Baseline Review (IBRs) and associated review as required program. Provide Functional Management to direct reports, including career guidance, staffing, interviewing/onboarding, disciplinary actions, and direct engagement.
