This position is with one of our clinical product teams within Oracle Health Applications & Infrastructure. The application is a web-based point of care solution that enables caregivers to quickly capture their daily documentation through efficient workflows and simplistic UX design. It is currently used in a variety

of settings to include Behavioral Health, Long Term Care, and Rehab but we want to go more places! We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with a strong full stack web development background and experience deploying and troubleshooting in the cloud.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will work with a team of software engineers responsible for the software design, development, and operations for new and existing products. You should be willing to contribute anywhere within our tech stack and have an eye for clean coding best practices as well. We collaborate frequently, whether its through backlog grooming sessions, sprint/quarterly planning, and example mapping sessions. We like

Our senior engineers are the people who can work independently and provide technical leadership to the organization. The ideal candidate will be technically strong and productive; someone who knows how to balance speed and quality with iterative and incremental improvements. You understand operational excellence and know how to infuse a culture of being proactive within your team. You recommend and justify major changes to new and existing products and establish consensus with the team.

Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to: High level system design and architectural documentation Driving engineering peer/code reviews Prototyping/Spiking new functionality for proof of concepts and technical feasibility Working with Engineering and Product Management to help create and maintain roadmap Qualifications: U. S. Citizenship on U. S. soil is required. This position requires you to be eligible to receive a federal security clearance which requires you to be a U. S. Citizen. Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience 5+ years of total experience with software development React, Java Script, Type Script, HTML, C#,NET Core, MVC, Web API, Kubernetes, Docker Prior Hands-on experience developing cloud services and tools such as Oracle Cloud, AWS or Azure Solid experience with SQL in database design, developing stored procedure, views, joins, triggers, and various queries and optimizing performance Strong experience with Github Systematic problem-solving approach, strong communication skills, a sense of ownership and drive responsibilities listed in the job description Preferred Qualifications: Experience in working CI/CD pipeline with setting up build and deployment pipelines New Relic OAuth Terraform Helm Oracle DB Webpack Basic understanding of BDD, Gherkin, and Cucumber OWASP familiarity and secure engineering best practices An Oracle career can span industries, roles, Countries and cultures, giving you the opportunity to flourish in new roles and innovate, while blending work life in.
