role in our mission Apply your skills to support Gainwell as we help clients deliver better health and human services outcomes. Design, development, coding, testing, installing and supporting financial applications in a Cobol environment.
Support coordination between application architects and developers to make sure design requirements are accurate and deliver the desired ROI for clients. Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications and detailed application solution designs for clients. Focus on the details as you develop technical documentation and test plans to support integration and deployment. Advance key goals and objectives for Gainwell and our clients by
working closely with software developers. What we're looking for 3+ of applications development experience with COBOL (running on Solaris Unix and upgrading to Linux) and some experience with financial systems (Accounts Payables/Receivables).
Experience with software design and application development policies and procedures across all phases of the development life cycle. Experience with Excel Visual Basic programming.
