Evaluate and license software solutions from vendors, recommending purchases and testing and approving solutions used in building custom software. Advise clients on directions best aligned with their business needs, taking into consideration their current context, user base, budget, timelines, security, system reliability and scalability needs. Develop software solutions by studying information needs, conferring
with users, studying systems flow, data usage, network requirements, load and throughput, work processes, and by investigating problem areas.
Develop and coach Reaktor and client engineers development team practices to ensure fruitful collaboration and timely delivery of software projects. Facilitate daily meetings, feature prioritization, sprint retrospectives and sprint demos. Participate in Reaktors recruitment activities, interviewing and evaluating potential hires and their technical and team work skills for engineering positions.
