This includes running meetings coordinating project tasks tracking progress and ensuring deliverables are met within deadlines.

2. Documentation and Communication: Maintain a single source of truth for project-related documentation and ensure that it is up-to-date and well-understood by team members. Write clear and concise status updates and communicate effectively with the team. 3. Strategic Planning: Identify opportunities for process improvements and strategic planning within the hardware project management

domain. Work closely with team leads to implement best practices for project execution and communication. 4. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors for hardware components manage purchase orders and ensure smooth interactions.

Handle administrative tasks related to vendor agreements such as signing NDAs and coordinating with legal. 5. Budget Management: Take charge of budget-related tasks including creating and improving budget sheets tracking expenses and collaborating with team members to ensure financial goals are met. 6. Logistics and Administrative Support: Coordinate logistics for workshops set up travel trackers and ensure compliance with travel policies. Provide administrative

support for various tasks that contribute to the overall success of the hardware projects.

Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering or related field. -Technical background in hardware engineering electrical engineering or mechanical engineering. -Proven experience in project management. -Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -Familiarity with project management tools and software. -Experience with budget management and vendor coordination. -Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
