Inspects each machine daily and size daily. Strives to upgrade machines and maintains them at peak performance.
Responsible for efficiency, quality and waste reduction of area. Performs preventative maintenance on machines. Keeps machine blown off and cleaned, informs supervisor of any maintenance problems. Constantly performs inspection of knitting machines to determine whether repairs or adjustments are needed. Repair knitting machines when mechanical failure occurs. Inspect quality after repair
of each machine. Document repair and maintenance activities. Responsible for general housekeeping of machines. Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality.

Demonstrated ability to work quickly, neatly, while multi-tasking Performs minor maintenance of tools, and makes minor adjustments to equipment operated. Participates and complies with all safety standards and training. Operates forklift and other rigging equipment. Assist in monitoring inventory and physical inventory counts when needed. Prepares pump assemblies or parts for testing, including driving studs, hand tapping, blocking off openings and cutting gaskets to fit. Assist test set-up. Operates drill
