Job Description Position Summary Visa Direct is an exciting payment service that Visa provides to clients (including issuers, acquirers, processors, merchants, remitters and service

providers) to facilitate domestic and cross-border fund transfers/disbursements to cards, accounts, and wallets around the world using push payment technology, (i.

e. Original Credit Transactions, OCTs) and partner payment rails. Visa Direct consumer and business applications include person-to-person (P2P) transfer, person to micro-business transfer (e. g. payments to landscaper), funds disbursement (e. g. insurance claim disbursements), bill payment, cross-border remittance and more. This role will report into the Head of Global Sales Operations & Strategy for Visa Direct. This team sits at the cross-section of sales and product with a mandate to accelerate growth for Visa Direct across

the world. The Director - Bid Management, Visa Direct will be tasked to build out the processes, templates, content, and strategy needed for the Visa Direct team to respond efficiently and effectively to client bid requests (e.

g. requests for proposal - RFPs and requests for information - RFIs). This role will be responsible for supporting commercial outcomes for the Visa Direct business in all 5 regions Visa operates in. We will be working in a fast paced, agile environment, so this person must be proactive and excel with cross-functional partners to ensure we achieve our goals. Essential Functions Building & Maintaining Content Repository - Develop and establish a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits, and other resources to create high-quality and accurate responses.

Collaborate and coordinate with internal contributors and subject matter experts to ensure the pre-developed content is complete, accurate, up-to-date, and reflects custom content from new responses Project Management - Oversee and project manage the development of priority Visa Direct bids. Partner with Sales to manage against proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposal. Ensure that proposal messaging is consistent and effective and that deliverables are of the highest quality Reporting - Establish automated tracking and reporting on bid win/loss information Thought Leadership - Review and analyze wins and losses to provide insights / learnings to Sales and leadership and recommend enhancements to products, messaging, and/or processes.

Consistently identify opportunities to improve Visa Direct proposal responses Process Development - Roll out opportunities and more seamless processes for Sales to incorporate new or enhanced content into their responses (e. g. demo videos, testimonials) This is a hybrid position.

Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications 10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e. g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a Ph D Preferred Qualifications: 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 8-10 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.

g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 6+ years of work experience with a Ph D 10+ years of progressively more responsible experience in program management, bid management, business planning and operations, and/or related functions Experience in high-growth B2B organization with a focus on selling complex, multi-product solutions highly preferred Possess a high level of professionalism and leadership skills to build business relationships, trust and respect with business partners Superior project management and problem-solving skills Personal presence and ability to influence stakeholders and leaders Clear communication skills - able to communicate compelling messages in written and verbal forms Strong storytelling skills - ability to create cohesive messages and tailor a narrative depending on the audience Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple project workstreams Eagerness to work in cross-functional teams to accomplish project objectives Ability to work independently within a complex and often ambiguous environment Strong team player, self-motivated and the ability to work independently at coordinating across functional activities, and obtain buy-in Proficient in Power Point and Excel Additional Information Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting.
