In this role, you will: Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence analytical strategies for highly complex business and technical
needs Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring analytical application of industry techniques and advanced data from multiple sources across the enterprise Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale, and require vision, innovation, and coordination of highly complex activities Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant business solutions that align to the enterprise Bring a consulting, solution, and servicing mindset to our business partners.
Creativity for new and novel analytics approach or data visualizations to deliver insights. Ensure adherence to compliance and legal regulations
and policies on all projects managed Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership Required Qualifications, US: 7+ years of Analytics, Reporting, Financial Modeling or Statistics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: 7+ years of hands on experience with SAS, Python or SQL Experienced in Power Point, Tableau, etc Experience with banking and financial products; specifically knowledge of consumer unsecured lending business Extensive experience in applying analytical techniques to solve strategic business problems and answer strategic questions Experience in delivering Insights & Data Visualizations deliverables using Tableau Experience or knowledge on Customer Segmentation and targeting various audiences Analytical experience with the ability to pull and synthesize information and data from multiple sources to create a robust analysis Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations Strong analytical mindset with a proven data driven storytelling ability utilizing knowledge of the business, customers, and products to synthesize results and form compelling stories Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with a wide variety of partners both technical and non-technical Consultative experience with the ability to identify and understand the problem, design a solution, gain buy-in and consensus on the approach, gather necessary resources to complete the assignment, and communicate results in a timely way to our partners and peer groups Strong problem solving skills; the ability to lead and influence diverse views to foster problem solving and delivery of extraordinary work that promotes team success Job Expectations: Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening This position offers a hybrid work schedule.
