  • Location: Lakeside, IA

internal and external reports concerning enrollment information. The Registrar is responsible for class and room scheduling and will be expected to provide leadership for electronic record-keeping, academic catalog, and advising systems. In addition, this role will provide leadership to the Registrar’s Office staff, lead online services management and enhancements, and provide guidance on communication and information flow between the Registrar’s Office and academic departments and students.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and educational policies. Serve, or provide a delegate from the Registrar’s Office, to serve on committees or attend committee meetings as requested by the Provost

and Vice President for Academic Affairs. Examples of committees include retention committees, the satisfactory academic progress committee, the academic and curriculum committee, dean’s council, faculty senate, strategic planning groups, accreditation groups, and others.

This position requires the ability to work in a confidential environment while ensuring accuracy of details, working in a team environment, and preferably experience in higher education. A Bachelor’s degree is required and Masters’ degree is preferred. A background check will be conducted on the final candidate.
