Lead technical support to Mobile hardware such as i Phone, i Pads, Android devices, Tablets. Lead technical support to hardware and software involved with merchant payment processing. Confer with
various vendors to isolate and resolve hardware software issues. Support onboarding of merchants with a payment processing solution. Mentor other Integration Engineers, lead team projects, and assist in developing and implementing tactical and strategic team goals for integration of features and technologies with computer hardware and software.
Create technical solution design documents used to guide businesses in the implementation of Pay Pal solutions. Attend meetings with other teams, serve as point of contact, coordinate with other stakeholders for projects, and conduct presentations. degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or a closely related field plus one year of experience in the job offered as a Solutions Engineer, or a related occupation.
