You'll be the vital link between our customers, engineering, program management, and product management teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include conducting on-site testing, collaborating iteratively with customers to understand requirements,
providing operational guidance, and developing strategies to achieve our customers' operational objectives. Our ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent work experience, and possesses a strong grasp of engineering and manufacturing principles.
