chosen candidate is expected to have a strong background in maintenance operations in manufacturing plants. This role will partner across the organization with the broader PBNA PGT project teams. The foundation of this role will require involvement in working the local teams on readiness work processes with location system testing, training coordination, site readiness activities, and deployment responsibilities, in all manufacturing and warehouse locations across the West Division.
The position requires the utilization of PBNA manufacturing business process to successfully deploy new SAP systems and processes to the field organization. Responsibilities Serve as the Division maintenance
point person for PGT integration readiness. Work with local maintenance teams on required daily management systems and work processes to drive location readiness success.
Escalate appropriate decision-making requirements to PBNA PGT Manufacturing Integration Director. Lead adoption and change management at the location level, implementing process improvement to drive application sustainability. Lead site level business readiness reviews and develop TEP to ensure site readiness Lead recurring site level project calls to ensure progress on TEP actions Lead site mapping exercises at PBNA facilities for pre-Go-Live comparison. Produce project deliverables and ensure overall quality
- includes Design/Build, Configure/Test, & Deployment. Training coordination - Ensure location end-user readiness, identify training gaps and opportunities, coordinate execution of training.
Lead super user activity including UAT (user acceptance testing) Reach out to external consultants and baseline team members for advice, guidance, and assistance. Collaborate with PGT Deployment Team on post-go-live support and resolution. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $81,000 - $135,600 based on a full-time schedule. Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually.

Previous Supply Chain Manufacturing & Warehouse consumer products industry & SAP integration & deployment experience is preferred. Minimum of 3 - 5 years in bottling operations in Supply Chain. Solid understanding of maintenance systems. Demonstrated ability to gain alignment with multiple stakeholders on activities, responsibilities, and success measures. Strong interpersonal skills, collaborator, work-process oriented. Collaborator with the ability to excel in an agile, collaborative, ambiguous environment. Experience and comfortable with managing and leading through change.
