ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Basic skills should include knowledge of construction activities and methods, mechanical aptitude with how things work, how engines and machinery operate, and how to fix, install, mend, fabricate or conceptualize tasks to be completed Advanced skills are performance necessary in carpentry, concrete, welding/metal fabrication, trailer rigging, tie down equipment, torch cutting, and basic electrical and plumbing Operation of power tools on-site Perform groundwater-sampling duties at
various project locations; utilization of water treatment systems and applications Work in and around trenches or excavations with or without shielding, sloping or other methods of below grade work Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and installation of mechanical systems associated with site remediation JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma, or equivalent, preferred CDL license optionalhands-on experience operating small to heavy equipment Solid mechanical aptitude Clean driving record Valid OSHA-40 / HAZWOPER training strongly preferred Keen attention to detail and situational awareness Strong work ethic and the physical ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to provide
