services pertain to asbestos, moisture intrusion/mold contamination, volatile organic compounds (VOC’s), illicit drug screenings, Stucco/EIFS/brick/stone exterior moisture evaluations, etc. Inspectors interact with the clients to evaluate the current conditions of the property relative to the clients concerns, providing detailed written evaluations, scope of work, and recommendations to address issues discovered during the investigation/inspection process.

Responsibilities Discuss the clients concerns and develop an investigation strategy based on established industry standards or applicable governmental regulations Communicate the purpose and benefits of the investigation services to

clients in a way they can understand, and assist them in making their decision about the proposed services Provide thorough, on-site visual investigations of the client’s property, utilizing industry standards or governmental regulations to diagnose the current condition of the indoor environment, building materials, ect.

Determine if an issue exists, and develop a stagey for remediating or abating problem areas Provide information & guidance to the clients about the current conditions found within their properties through detailed written inspection reports Summarize 3 rd party lab analysis results so that its more easily understood by the client. Recommend corrective measures to address

the underlying cause of the environmental issues Qualifications Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office Valid Kansas Driver’s License and insurable driving record Associates degree or equivalate coursework.

Life or Environmental Science preferred Physically able to carry, lift and climb ladders, access attic spaces, navigate crawlspaces under properties, lift and carry up to 40 lbs. of equipment Candidate must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening Previous indoor environmental inspection / remediation/ abatement experience is beneficial but not required Demonstrate professional, mature demeanor in sometimes difficult situations Able to work independently and remain organized while working on multiple projects.

Visual observant in unusual circumstances Schedule/Travel Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. The majority of travel will be in the Wichita metro area and within an approximate radius of 200 miles from Wichita. Occasional travel may be required within the state of Kansas and northern Oklahoma. Pay starting at $18/hour
