Minimum/General Experience: 10 years of experience maintaining and supporting a Microsoft Environment Minimum Education: Bachelors' Degree in computer engineering or related field ; DOD Directive 8570 Security+CE certification or higher IAT level certification required ; Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) certification or equivalent certification in relevant programs (preferred) Essential Skills/Qualifications: Excellent experience with Micr o soft Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019 Excellent e xperienc e with Windows s ervers, s erver o perations, and s erver applications E xcellent e xperience with both
physical and virtualized servers, including VMWare E xcellent e xperience completing projects across various computing platforms Knowledge of network topologies Experience with Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol ( TCP/IP ) , Domain Name System ( DNS ) , 802.1x, and Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol ( DHC P ) protocols Experience with server hardware troubleshooting and configuration Ability to be customer service oriented (preferred) Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing (preferred) Experience with Network Attached Storage (preferred) Experience and knowledge of Cisco, network devices, firewalls and routers (preferred) Ability to work independently as well

CPU, memory, ports, disk space) and take s appropriate actio n to report and correct any issues Plan s , deploy s , and document s new servers, printers, devices, and services Assist s in planning and deployment of disaster recovery procedures Ensure s that external and internal regulations and policies governing data management are met, including regulations concerning security, audit readiness, and privacy Organize s and prioritize s IT related activities Understand s the setup/use/troubleshooting of software deployment and support of Maintenance Windows Work s with team and security auditors for regular Authorization to Operate ( ATOs ) and CRRIs Install s rack-mounted IT equipment, power, and network cabling Monitor s , troubleshoot s and resolve s Service Now tickets while providing customer support Oxley Enterprises®, Inc.
