Description of Job Duties/Responsibilities: Support an organization's local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), customer networks, Intranet and Internet and other data communications systems or a segment of a network system. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availability.
Perform routine network startup/shutdown procedures and maintain control records. Required Clearance: TS/SCI with polygraph. (#ts/sci) (#polygraph) Required Qualifications: ·Candidate must have a total of 7 years of applicable experience.
The experience can be a combination of degree and work history. This can be a High School degree and 7 years of relevant work history OR an Associate’s and 5 years, a Bachelors’ and 3 years, a Masters and 1 years or a Ph D and 0 years of relevant work history. Candidate must have hands on troubleshooting and fault isolation of IT systems. This position requires work on weekends and holidays as the GNOC operates 24/7/365. Night shift (6pm-6am). Candidate
will train on Day Shift for 6-8 weeks before moving to Night Shift.
