What we are looking for: Position in the Analyst Services department. Responsible for coordinating development and delivery of custom report requests and ensuring clients are well versed on Jaspersoft functionality in time for conversion.
Works with guidance from other Analysts and with supervisory direction. Initially co-leads projects with other Analysts and handles multiple reports conversion projects as well as supporting requests from existing clients and supporting quarterly report documentation releases. Requirements:
· With guidance, is responsible for determining the custom reports needed for each client. Vets initial report list, gathers additional information, and works with client and internal resources to reach the final list.
· Works closely with the development team to ensure necessary information is gathered, JIRAs are in the appropriate status, and progress on delivery to clients is ongoing. · Responsible for ensuring all client custom reports are delivered and tested successfully within established timeframes. With guidance, facilitates client meetings including kickoff, training, and weekly updates to accomplish this objective. Manages client expectations effectively. · Responsible for
learning, understanding, and practicing basic concepts of the following functionality: standard reports, Jaspersoft, filters, drag and drop requests, Key Stone work areas, and table dictionary and being able to facilitate training on these subjects.
· Demonstrates a high level of organization to ensure clients are sufficiently supported and internal communication is kept current, including maintaining all JIRA tickets with current status. · Interacts with clients and internal resources with a high level of professionalism and diplomacy to maintain effective and fruitful partnerships. · Follows established team procedures. · Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Education (1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.
