Charging NA Product team, reporting directly to the VP of Product.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products and delivering innovative mobile and vehicle UI features that enhance the charging experience. n Key Responsibilities: n n Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for our mobile and vehicle user interface solutions. Align the roadmap with the broader EV vision, market trends, and customer insights, ensuring it positions Mercedes as an industry leader. n Product Development: Collaborate with relevant parties to help build the end-to-end product design and development process across mobile and vehicle UI design and standards, from concept to launch.

Collaborate closely with Mercedes-Benz engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality, innovative, and user-friendly EV charging solutions. n Technical Leadership: Stay at the forefront of EV charging technologies and identify opportunities for technology integration and advancements. Own mobile and vehicle UI technical intelligence efforts that inform Product and Technology teams. n User Experience and Design: Champion a customer-centric approach to product design, focusing on delivering a seamless and intuitive user experience.

Gather customer feedback and conduct user testing to continuously enhance product offerings. n Data Analytics and Insights: Utilize data analytics and market insights to drive informed product decisions. Monitor key performance indicators and customer feedback to improve product performance and customer satisfaction. n Regulatory Compliance: Ensure Mercedes' EV charging products meet all relevant regulations and certifications. Stay updated on industry standards and work with compliance teams to maintain adherence. n Global Coordination: Collaborate effectively with the Global Charging Team and other relevant Mercedes-Benz engineering groups based in Germany to ensure alignment of product strategies, share best practices, and leverage global resources for product development and initiatives.

Drive action and accountability across functional groups and keep leadership updated on status of roadmap, critical issues, and recommendations to continuously improve. n Qualifikationen Qualifications: n n Foundation in engineering or technical discipline (Bachelor's minimum), plus product development experience in software, firmware, and/or systems testing for connected devices.

An advanced degree (MBA, MS) is a plus. n Proven track record in product management and technology leadership within the EV charging, automotive or related industries. n Demonstrated success in driving innovation, and launching successful products to market. Experience having shipped products that delivered business impact. n Experience with user experience (UX) design principles and usability testing. n Proficiency in data analytics, user research, and customer-centric product development. n Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.

n Capable of operating within a hybrid workforce, which is diverse in every way (including location). n Presence to interface with stakeholders, external partners, and customers alike, articulating ideas clearly and compellingly for those with less technical backgrounds. n Ability to successfully understand complex technical subjects and work with cross range of teams including engineering, UX, legal, finance, sales and operations n Passion for sustainability and advancing clean energy initiatives through innovative products and technologies.

S. at the time of application. n The estimated US base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $180,000 annually for employees based within California & New York. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive bonus programs, comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, life, 401(K), and paid holidays each calendar year.
