A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN IT, Technical Product Owner As a Technical Product Owner, you will meet with the development team to discuss ongoing progress, review, and prioritize backlog, communicate with stakeholders, and collaborate with

other engineering teams, and train internal stakeholders on integrations and how to answer common questions.

The individual in this position will spend the most time playing a crucial role in acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team understanding their unique requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for our technical teams. They will also create documentation and design requirements for the development team to provide complete validation. This position requires a deep understanding of healthcare software, and EMR systems, and excellent communication skills to facilitate seamless integration projects. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE Minimum Requirements A ctively displays behaviors that support the mission, vision, and values of Castle Biosciences.

Preferred Requirements Bachelor's degree in information technology, related field, or related experience in lieu of education Certified Product Owner 3+ years of experience with EMR systems and integrations Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile procedures to predict the development teams' needs. Moderate programming (SQL, JAVA, Golang, Helm, etc. ) to understand project complexities. Strong people skills and ability to lead team members by delivering key results!

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS This position is mostly local, with the possibility of travel 1-2 weeks out of the year. We offer a flexible hybrid WFH schedule Monday - Friday The majority of time is spent in a typical office setting. Exerts up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds frequently or up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
