on program related service call. Candidate will assist with resolution of field code issues, and provide technical support to Engineers, Project Managers and Installers under supervision of Control Systems Programmer. Duties Include: Provide support for audiovisual systems.
Diagnose/ adjust/ repair systems onsite or remotely. Configure & deploy equipment for various applications as necessary. Provide end-user support. Clearly and concisely communicate complex technical concepts to peers, clients, and management. Professionally represent AVT to the client and other contractors Assist with installations and troubleshooting, as required. Accurately maintain Customer Service Ticket information
Assisting with Crestron control system programming, implementation, and testing for System Integration client projects. Assisting with performing other programming such as Extron and AMX with proper training if the need arises.
Assisting with resolution of field code issues. Assisting with technical support to Engineers, Project Managers and Installers. Work closely with Production Manager and Engineering Manager. Work with Sales which includes going on site with Account Managers to survey sites as requested and scheduled through your manager. Other duties as required or assigned by company management. Travel to client locations.
