Your primary job duties will include: FFM certification is Preferred At least 1 year of experience in phone-based insurance sales, preferably Health Proven track record as a top closer. Coachable with a willingness to follow directions. Possess a winning mentality. Conduct a thorough needs analysis with each client and determine the most appropriate insurance plan based on a combination of price and value from the carriers we represent Meet monthly enrollment goals and call quality standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Position requirements and qualifications: MUST have an active 2-15 or 2-40 Health Insurance License (FL) Inbound call center experience strongly preferred but not required Flexibility- The position is primarily 9am-6pm, however agents must have the flexibility to commit to high-volume hours that could include evenings or weekends during peak season Proficiency in computers and CRM software Positive attitude- It's important to be positive in this role and not let your previous call affect your current or future calls.
