Duties: Work on the defense of asbestos-related personal injury and wrongful death matters. Engage in written discovery processes. Attend depositions and contribute to deposition preparation. Assist in preparing motions and trial preparation activities. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development. Conduct legal research and
analysis as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation. Requirements: Admitted to the State Bar of California.0-3 years of civil litigation defense experience or a strong interest in asbestos-related defense.
Prior experience with written discovery, depositions, motions, or trial preparation is a plus. Strong legal research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
