successful candidate will be admitted to the State Bar of California and will have 0-3 years of civil litigation defense experience, or a keen interest in developing expertise in asbestos-related defense. Duties: Work on the defense of asbestos-related personal injury and wrongful death matters. Engage in written discovery processes. Attend depositions and contribute to deposition preparation. Assist in preparing motions and trial preparation activities. Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and development. Conduct legal research and

analysis as needed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation. Requirements: Admitted to the State Bar of California.0-3 years of civil litigation defense experience or a strong interest in asbestos-related defense.

Prior experience with written discovery, depositions, motions, or trial preparation is a plus. Strong legal research and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Admission to the State Bar of California. Skills: Knowledge or interest in asbestos-related personal injury and wrongful death

defense. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
