Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active membership in the California State Bar. Skills: Strong drafting and negotiation skills. Proficiency in interpreting and applying Article 9 of the UCC. Excellent research and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
