Duties: Provide legal counsel and support in trusts and estates, transfer tax, and associated income tax matters. Assist in the development and implementation of estate plans and tax strategies. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex tax issues. Draft and review legal documents, including wills, trusts, and
other estate planning instruments. Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other professionals to achieve client goals. Advise on international tax planning matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws.
Assist with the administration of trusts and estates. Requirements:1-3 years of experience in trusts and estates, transfer tax, and associated income tax areas. Completion or in-process of completing LLMs in taxation or estate planning preferred. Significant and meaningful experience in international tax planning is preferred.
