Conduct thorough legal research and analysis related to title matters and other aspects of real estate law. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, leases, and agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
to facilitate smooth and legally sound real estate transactions. Stay abreast of developments in real estate law, particularly as they relate to renewable energy projects.
Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Illinois State Bar (or ability to obtain admission promptly).1-3 years of relevant experience in real estate law, with a focus on title matters and renewable energy development transactions. Skills: Strong interest and passion for real estate law, particularly in the context of renewable energy. Excellent legal research and analytical abilities. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented with a commitment
