The candidate must be currently licensed to practice law or currently eligible to become licensed. Duties: Conduct legal research and analysis related to IP technology patent litigation matters. Represent clients in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings. Analyze source code to support litigation efforts, demonstrating a degree of familiarity with coding. Draft
and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop and implement effective case strategies.
Manage all aspects of the litigation process, including discovery, depositions, and court appearances. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience in PTAB/IPR, patent litigation in district court, and/or ITC proceedings. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field. Currently licensed to practice law or currently eligible to become licensed.
